My elderly dad got called by two different numbers claiming to be from the ‘TalkTalk tech team’ about his internet, but he doesn’t even have TalkTalk! They sounded like they were speaking some Indian language. The other number they used was 01625398470. Both were obvious scams from absolute muppets! When will the UK government actually step up and do something to shield old folks from this? It’s getting ridiculous with how many of these scams are out there and nothing is being done.
