Answered the phone but no one spoke. The caller ID said "Care UK" but I reckon it was probably a scam.

They asked to speak with whoever handles the gas and electric. We told them we were renting, and they were quite polite about it.

Its awful how these people target elderly folks, they really should be tracked down and stopped. Taking advantage of older people like that is just wrong.
