Definitely a scam in my opinion. I live in Burton on Trent and our area code is 01823, but I've never seen any phone numbers starting with 846 around here. Loads of calls come through that look like they're from local numbers, but when you check, none of them match real ones. They never leave voicemails and if you try to ring back, the numbers just don't exist. Pretty dodgy if you ask me.
