Got a call saying there was an issue with my internet from my provider. The guy kept pushing me to switch from Sky to BT. I told him no, and when I wouldn't turn my computer on so he could get in remotely, he started getting pretty rude. Then, as soon as I mentioned I work for trading standards, he just hung up on me!
