I got a prerecorded call telling me my TalkTalk internet was going to be disconnected soon. It said I could press 1 to speak to someone or press 2 to cancel my service. I pressed 1 and a lady with a West African accent started saying my computer had malware. I told her I couldn’t follow what she was saying, then they switched me to a bloke who wanted me to log into my router on my laptop. I found the whole thing a bit tedious, so I just hung up.
