My elderly family member has been getting repeated calls from 01283576893, with someone on the other end pushing them to pay up to stop all these pestering phone calls.

So I just got another call today, a different number though, saying they can help block spam calls. This makes it the fourth time I've been rung by what seems like the same firm, but with three separate phone numbers, all within a couple days. Maybe their plan is to bug you so much that you cough up cash to get them to stop ringing you, which they claim will cut down on the annoying calls you get!
