got a call supposedly from Talk Talk saying my internet would be cut off the next day. they claimed my account had been compromised and to keep the service running, they needed me to follow some steps. i asked the caller how i could guarantee she wasn't the scammer. she tried to prove she was legit by giving me a name, said it was 'sophie long' - which is totally wrong. after that, she just ended the call on me.
