Got a call with a recorded message claiming to be from my bank’s security team about some dodgy international transaction on my account - never said which bank though. I stayed on the line, but they didn’t ask me to press anything for confirmation or to approve the payment. I checked the number and it’s linked to a real business, but it’s a haulage firm, definitely not a bank. Pretty clear this was a spoofed call.
