Got a call from someone claiming to be from BT saying I'd overpaid on my phone and TV bills and they wanted to refund me. Problem is, I don't even have a TV, and my phone bill's really not that big. Seemed fishy to me. I asked them to send the details in writing first, then they suddenly wanted my home address. Definitely felt like a scam.
