Got a call from someone saying they were from BT claiming there was an issue with my router. I told them I thought it was a scam but they kept insisting it was real. When I asked for my BT account number, they gave me some short made-up number which obviously wasn’t right. After I pointed that out, they just hung up on me. Don’t fall for this sort of thing!
