Received a rather intrusive call earlier! It was a woman speaking with an accent that sounded rather unusual, promoting complimentary broadband from Shell Energy. Didn't hesitate to block her straightaway!

Got a call from a lady with a foreign accent, saying I could get free broadband from Shell Energy. Ended up hanging up straight away.

I picked up the phone and they just ended the call straight away. Didn’t recognise the number, so I went ahead and blocked it now.

Got a call from someone chatting away about life insurance. They rattled on for a bit, the usual sales pitch. When I asked where they got my work phone number from, they started rambling nonsense. Then, when I asked them to go over it again so I could record the conversation, they just ended the call!

+441283381579 Ringed me out of the blue, so I picked up but didn’t say anything to see what would happen. After a bit, they just said “hello.” I replied with a quick hello and then they just ended the call. Later, I called the number back and got a voicemail from 121 Utilities saying they couldn’t reach me. I ended up blocking the number. I’m thinking it’s a bit of a pestering call, probably trying to get info and push me to switch suppliers. I’m quite happy with my current one anyway.
