Since this number has a Burton on Trent area code and I actually live here, I figured it was someone local. I called back out of curiosity and got this weird high-pitched, almost cartoonish voice saying my call really mattered and I shouldn’t hang up. Obviously, I ended the call right away! Not totally sure it’s a scam, but it definitely gave me that vibe. They just try to keep you waiting on the phone forever.
