Someone rang me pretending to be from Amazon about an issue with my Prime account. I don’t think it was legit since there's nothing wrong with my subscription and Amazon hardly ever phones you out of the blue. If they start asking for your account info, my tip is just to put the phone down straight away.

Had a call from someone saying they were from Amazon support, saying there was an issue with my Prime membership and wanting my account info. I just ended the call straight away since Amazon normally doesn’t phone me about stuff like that. Checked my Amazon account online afterwards and everything seemed fine, so pretty sure it was a scam. Honestly, if you get a call like that, just hang up.
