I got a call from someone trying to talk about shares I supposedly have. I’ve been through this before, and it usually leads to them wanting my personal info. From what I’ve read online, if you keep going with it, they ask you to transfer money into some sort of escrow account. It’s definitely dodgy.

Yesterday, I got a call from BT saying my internet was at risk from overseas. When I told them I already knew about the issue, the caller just ended the call straight away. Sounds dodgy to me.

i'm with talktalk and this number keeps ringing me, claiming to be from talktalk's tech support and asking me to press 1. i really don't trust it though.

Got a recorded call from some bloke with an English accent saying it's TalkTalk, warning me my internet would be disconnected. He told me to press 1 to speak to an engineer or 2 to cancel. Complete scam, don’t fall for it!
