So, this bloke called me saying he was Victor from BT, about my Internet. I asked if it was gone down or something. He said nah, it wasn’t broken. Then I asked if anything was wrong with it at all. He got all annoyed, goes “Who said there was a problem with your Internet?!” and just ended the call. Totally clueless! ;-)
