I received a call from someone who pretended to represent EE and inquired about a potential upgrade. They've seemingly put me onto a fresh contract, which EE has initiated (I even got a confirmation text from the number 150 and the EE call centre verified it over the phone). However, I'm still waiting for the new phone to arrive.

I received a call from someone claiming to be Sam from EE, but I’m fairly certain he’s not who he says he is! He seemingly had some information that made him sound credible, but I’d advise you to hang up and reach out to EE directly. They’ve actually marked that number as a fraud attempt! Stay vigilant!
