I got a call from someone saying they were working with EE, asking me about a phone upgrade coming up. They switched me to a new contract that apparently EE started (I even got a text from 150 and spoke to EE’s call centre to double check). But so far, I still haven’t had the new phone arrive.

Got a call from someone saying he was Sam from EE - total lie! He had some info that made it sound legit, but don't be fooled. Hang up straight away and ring EE yourself, they’ve marked that number as a scam for sure!
