After being left in limbo for four days waiting for an engineer - which I had to pre-pay for, mind you - a legitimate subcontract engineer finally arrived, diagnosed the issue, and promised to request the necessary parts for the fix. Yet, after another four days of me incessantly following up with 247 Home Rescue, they simply rejected my claim on financial grounds. It’s clear they had zero intention of fulfilling their promises.
