Said they were from 3 mobile and giving new sim cards wanted postcode and email details for confirmation which I refused. Scammers

I got a call from someone claiming to be from O2. I asked them if they could tell me my name to prove it was legit. Instead, they guessed it started with a B and then ended up calling me a really rude name starting with that letter. Honestly, just felt like such a dodgy and unpleasant experience. Wouldn’t trust them at all.
