Got a call earlier where some bloke said I was having a rough patch and then started on about PPI - I couldn't have cared less. Then he starts laughing like mad! He also mentioned I’d had a miscarriage this morning, which was awful to hear from a stranger. When I asked to speak to their manager, he just laughed again and cut the call. Proper weird and mean if you ask me.
