11 yearsI recently got a phone call from a chap associated with this number, asserting that I had been involved in a car accident-which I absolutely have not! When I explained to him that I wasn't interested and asked him to take my details off his records, he became quite hostile and began raising his voice. I refused to disclose my full name or any personal information, and he resorted to shouting insults, insisting that he was certain of my identity and that he had all the information about me! This hardly seems like the behaviour of a reputable company. I warned him that I’d be reporting his conduct, but he just kept arguing and insisted he would ring me again tomorrow.
