When I inquired who it was, he mentioned he was from some random outfit and claimed they were arranging a hearing test for me. I pressed him further about his identity and explained that I'm already dealing with another firm. When I asked which solicitors he represented (I had a chat with one just two days prior), he cheekily replied, “Well, tell me which one as we have a few!” As if I’d just hand over that information! I simply said goodbye and hung up.
