Lately, we've been getting these pre-recorded calls every time we answer the phone, saying our internet might get cut off today. They gave us a couple of options to press - one to keep with TalkTalk and another to cancel the service.

Somebody rang me up pretending to be from TalkTalk, saying my internet had been hacked or something. They threatened to cut off my connection unless I followed their instructions!
