Just got a call from this number. Some automated voice said there was a dodgy transaction on my Amazon Prime account and that I had to give my card info to sort it out. Don’t fall for it, it’s definitely a scam! Never share your personal details over the phone.

I got a recorded message from a woman saying my Amazon Prime sub had just been renewed for £39.99 and to press 1 if I wanted to talk to an operator. Thing is, I don’t even have Prime and Amazon definitely doesn’t have my home phone number! I bet next time they’ll ring from another number, so blocking it’s probably pointless.
