I received a rather suspicious call from a so-called BT call centre today, claiming to assist with nuisance calls and offering tips on how to block them. They were rather pushy about wanting my personal information, which I had no intention of providing. I swiftly informed them that I'd rather not engage in this unsolicited conversation and promptly ended the call.

Got a call from 01282 832968, which turned out to be a DEF call centre. The guy was pushing and quite rude, so I just hung up on him. Then he tried calling back, but I didn’t pick up. After it rang yet again, my husband answered and told the caller very bluntly to stop calling us!
