Got a call from some automated voice claiming to be Barclaycard, asking if I made a purchase of £600. I just hung up and rang Barclaycard straight away using the number on the back of my card but from another phone. They said there was no such transaction on my account. Definitely looked like a scam to me.

Got a call yesterday from a different number, but same story - no message or anything when I didn’t pick up the landline. Looked it up here and it came up as "benefits uk". Pretty sure it’s just another one of those annoying scam calls.

I got a call from a bloke named Adam, he was looking for a Mrs Gates, which isn't me, about something to do with Benefit UK. When I asked him to explain what it was about, he just hung up on me!
