Received a dodgy phone call today claiming our TalkTalk broadband service was on the verge of disconnection. The irony? We don’t even use TalkTalk! It was a pre-recorded voice urging us to hit either 1 or 2, which I suspect would connect us to an extortionate premium rate line. An absolute nuisance!
