I received a call from a number that showed up as being from Burnley, but oddly enough, my caller ID labelled it as an international call followed by the number. It definitely seemed to be from abroad. The chap claimed he was with BT Openreach, but when I probed a bit more, he abruptly hung up. Quite suspicious, if you ask me.
