Earlier today, I got a call from somewhere in Edinburgh claiming to be the 'technical support' trying to cut off my internet. It sounded fishy so I reported it to BT straight away. There was a recorded message telling me to press 1 to talk to a person or 2 to cancel my internet. Definitely a scam in my book.
