I got the same kind of message, a robot saying "this is your internet provider, your account is at risk, press 1 to fix it," or something like that. I just stay on the line until they hang up, hoping it wastes their time, but I doubt it makes much of a difference.

This was super sketchy, kept saying my account was hacked and I had to switch ISPs immediately. Then they told me to press one and basically said I’d end up losing all my cash. Total scam, stay clear!

Got a robot voice again like the one from yesterday but this time it was from another number. The caller claimed they were with BT and said there was an issue with my broadband that I don’t even have! Definitely one of those scams.
