I completely share the sentiments expressed in the earlier complaint. It’s quite ridiculous how they claimed we had a prior conversation and that there was an agreement to assist them again. They even pretended to recognise our voice! Nonsense, if you ask me. The moment we inquired about the documentation, they were utterly unhelpful and couldn't provide a thing.
