Received a call from someone claiming to be with O2 but it felt like a total scam.

Got a call claiming to be from O2, saying they needed to verify my delivery details to send me a ‘free SIM’. It felt off, so I refused to give any info and asked why they were even sending me this. Then, out of nowhere, they wanted to know which mobile network I use?! That’s not something you’d normally get asked by your own network provider, right? Definitely seemed dodgy to me, so watch out, this has scam written all over it.
