When they asked for proof of payment, I requested an email confirmation, to which they bluntly stated they don’t use emails and have no communication with their collection agents. My response? "Go ahead and take legal action then." Not surprisingly, the call ended abruptly at that point. It's high time to put a stop to this relentless nuisance!
