I keep getting incessant calls from this number, where they don't even give me a chance to speak before abruptly hanging up. This can be seen as harassment and is simply not acceptable. After hanging up, they have the audacity to send me a message accusing me of avoiding their calls.

Could you kindly request that this individual named "Jackie" cease their abusive behavior towards me and refrain from calling me incessantly every day, as well as sending multiple messages regarding a "shortfall payment" that supposedly occurred 16 years ago with Absa Bank? It would greatly appreciate it if you could block this person from contacting me and ensure that they never call me again, as this has been extremely distressing for me. Additionally, this person keeps insisting that I already have a judgment against me and is offering a 60% discount if I make an immediate payment. I recently received a call from a number claiming to be Standard Bank. The person on the other end asked me to confirm my personal information over the phone. Naturally, I refused to do so, thinking it was a scam. The caller then mentioned transferring the call to someone unknown to me, but I declined this request. As a final attempt, she requested my email address. In response, I provided my email as "my name and surname @gmail.com." However, after providing this information, the caller abruptly ended the call. I am currently waiting for a response, though I have reservations about its authenticity.
