Got a call that claimed to be from TalkTalk, saying there was an issue and to re-enter my password. The person sounded Asian, but I told them I don’t deal with calls like that and just hung up.

I get loads of calls from this number, sometimes up to 14 times a day, plus quite a few other numbers that seem to do the same thing. The weird thing is you never get told a company name or anyone's actual name to talk to. When I’ve tried ringing back, it just goes straight to a voicemail that’s dead silent. Definitely don’t share any personal info if these lot ring you up.

They keep ringing me but I never answer - my phone goes to answerphone after two rings. Then they phone back with a number that’s only slightly different by one or two digits, so I’m pretty sure it’s the same people or company. When I try calling them, I either get told to ring an 0118 area code, or it says the number's not recognised, or just silence. I’m on the TPS as well, yet still these calls keep coming through.

Got a call from a man with an Asian accent saying he was from BT, but it was so clearly a scam.

A bloke with an Indian accent rang me up claiming he was from BT about my internet. When I asked him for my actual BT account number rather than just my phone number, he got really annoyed. Pretty sure he was just one of the dozen or so calls I’ve had all week from people pestering me, trying to get into my computer.
