Total scam. Got an automated call claiming it was BT warning me my internet would be disconnected because of some dodgy activity. They told me to press 1 to stop the cut off or 2 to talk to BT. I didn’t press any buttons and they just ended the call. No clue what would happen if you actually tried to speak to this so-called ‘BT’.
