Terrible call experience. Got a call from a guy with an Indian accent saying he was from BT tech support. He warned me that my phone line was being taken over and used by someone else. Then he started firing off loads of questions about how I use the internet. I ended the call quick - seemed dodgy to me. Most probably a scam.
