7 yearsI have a strong suspicion that this is a scam call. They purport to be from TalkTalk and use a robotic voice to relay their message. Every time I receive one of these calls, I promptly hang up, yet they keep coming - I've had four this week alone! They seem to be switching up the numbers, but their spiel is always identical; apparently, my line has been hacked from abroad and they’re eager to send a new router. All they want is for me to press one to speak to their 'technical expert'.
