The caller claimed to be with some sort of health and medical department, but when I mentioned that no such agency is here, they just cut the call. Definitely seemed fishy to me, so ive blocked the number and added it to my blacklist.

Totally a scam, called me twice in just a few hours. The first time they pretended to be from citizen advice and tried asking loads of questions to get my info, I just hung up. Then they rang again saying they were from some Nationwide group. Told them I’d just spoke to them and that they’re scammers. Kept mentioning government help for unsecured debts. Had an indian accent. Blocked straight away.
