Had a dodgy experience with a phone contract con. Made me wary of these calls!

Got a call from an unknown number on my mobile the other day but didn't pick up. There was a voicemail but it was just silent. Tried calling back from my office phone and ended up with some kind of automated message so I just hung up. The day before, I had a similar call from a Bristol number with a silent voicemail too. Not sure if it’s some dodgy scam or just marketing but it definitely felt off. Best to stay cautious!

They said they were from O2, but I'm pretty sure it’s a scam. Definitely felt off.
