Having gone through the plethora of comments from others, I'm rather relieved we chose not to pick up the phone when they rang today, 4th November 2019, at 15:15. It definitely had the ring of a telemarketing pitch about it. Moreover, we're signed up with the Telephone Preference Service, so I really don’t understand why they’re attempting to reach us at all.
