Got a call from a guy claiming he was with Virgin Media saying there was a problem with my internet. He asked about my broadband speed so I just said “If you’re really Virgin Media, you should know that already.” Unsurprisingly, he hung up right after. Blocked the number straight away.

I called them back and got some weird robotic voice asking me to say my name. I ended the call and put the number on block straight away. All I could find out was it's a landline from BT. Something about it didn’t sit right with me at all.
