The caller was exceptionally impolite and wouldn't stop claiming that I was using BT internet, which I categorically do not. I'm also ex-directory, so it's quite a mystery how they managed to obtain my number. When I inquired about how they reached me, they just kept interrupting and even raised their voice at me. Quite the unpleasant experience, to say the least!
