not entirely sure but this call felt like a spoof or some spam. a robotic voice said "this is talktalk calling - your internet is going to be cut off today. press 1 to sort it out.” i just ended the call since it seemed a bit dodgy. can’t say for certain though, as we do have talktalk broadband. :/
