Got another one of those annoying calls. This time it was a woman asking for someone who obviously doesn’t live at my address. I told her she had the wrong number and instead of apologising or being polite, she just ended the call straight away. No "sorry for bothering you" or anything like a decent firm would say. Shows you right there they’re not legit and just plain rude.

As soon as I answered, the call just cut off. I've gone ahead and blocked the number now.

There was this person, Tilley, ringing up to ask if we had loft insulation. After a few calls with the same surname, I just decided to end the call.
