She claimed to be reaching out on behalf of my former insurance provider, Highway Insurance, concerning an incident from a couple of years back, probing me about whether I’d received all the compensation I was due. In response, I have opted to convey my concerns to Highway Insurance in the following manner... Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to express my utmost displeasure regarding the incessant calls from Accident Recovery Customer Services. Their persistent efforts to persuade me into pursuing compensation for personal injuries, which I did not sustain, are completely unwarranted and rather infuriating. My latest encounter transpired today, on Saturday, the 13th of February, 2016, at 1.40 PM. The caller, Alicia Gate, stated that she was instructed by you to contact me regarding whether I had claimed all the compensation available to me. I find it deeply offensive that my accident details might have been shared or, worse, sold to a claims management firm.
