I gotta say, adam from midpoint communications in milton keynes really caught me off guard - in a good way! Usually, sales calls are a right pain, but he was proper decent, just chatting like two grown-ups without any pushy sales tactics. i’m stuck in a 5 year contract on my phone plan, so no chance of switching right now, but if that wasn’t the case, i'd usually ignore these calls. this one though, was different. honestly, it’s nice to know there’s still some genuinely nice guys working in call centres these days.

Got several calls from Midpoint Communications lately. We used to get them all the time and managed to block their old number, but now it looks like they’ve just switched to a new one and keep ringing again. Quite annoying really.
