Someone rang me pretending to be from my broadband company, but it was obvious they were full of it when I asked them to name my provider. He just went on about BT and a bunch of other firms, trying to sound legit. Honestly, it was a bit funny - I told him he'd be better off finding a proper job since scamming clearly wasn't his strong suit.

this number came up on my phone from bt saying it was about our internet, but it’s not a number i know or have seen before. i think it might be a repeat call from talk talk or something. quite confusing really.
