Upon returning the call, I was met by someone claiming to represent some sort of motor claims organisation, though I can’t quite remember the precise name. Their approach was rather overbearing and escalated to hostility when I informed them I hadn’t been involved in any accidents for the last three years! Quite off-putting, to say the least!
