I've been receiving calls from this number quite regularly, and I’m not keen on answering straight away. When I do attempt to return the call, I find myself kept on hold for what feels like an eternity.

When I returned the call, I found myself suspended in a rather long and tedious wait, with a robotic voice popping in now and then to inform me that my call was significant and that an agent would be with me shortly. To cut a long story short, after six minutes of this nonsense, I was just about ready to hang up when the line disconnected on its own! What a frustrating experience!
