Got a call from a bloke speaking with a Southeast Asian accent who wanted to talk to the householder. I asked him, "Are you trying to scam me?" He said, "Why would I scam you?" I replied, "Because most random calls from people with your kinda accent usually are," then I just hung up.

twice now ive had calls from them at really odd hours, always wanting to chat to the ‘householder’. whenever i answer in welsh, they just hang up straight away.

Got a call from some bloke with a foreign accent, said he was called David and was ringing about a government boiler programme. Odd thing is, I got another call from what looked like a different number a few days earlier, probably a fake one. Pretty fishy if you ask me.

Got a call from an Asian bloke asking if I was claiming benefits, said something about a replacement boiler scheme. Felt a bit dodgy to me.

This lady with a foreign accent called asking if she could talk to whoever owns the house, then suddenly asked if I was related and just ended the call.

i got a call from a man who sounded asian and he asked if i was the house owner. then he said he was with some sort of cavity complaints team or something. i told him i had no clue what he was talking about and he just put the phone down on me.

Picked up the call, they just wanted to talk to whoever owns the house, then they ended the call right away.
